Never Fade Yuga Fridays - Otherside Playtest announced for February

This year I want to really ramp things up here on NeverFadeYuga.com, and to get things moving in the right direction I decided to start a new weekly series - Never Fade Yuga Fridays. Like most things on this site, my goal will be to share information without overloading you.

The idea of this weekly post is simple - share one key highlights from Yuga each week. So let's dive in - enjoy!

Otherside playtest announced for February

The major announcement this week was the announcement of the next Otherside Metaverse playtest. The trailer video left apes across Twitter playing a little "Where's Waldo" to find their ape. Soon my feed on X was filled with people sharing freeze frames from the video with their ape in it.

While everyone was dissecting the video looking for their ape, comments started surfacing about how pixelated the video looked. Before things got too crazy Gordon jumped in and agreed - it didn't look right and he was pissed off.

This led to the Otherside team releasing an updated video, and the crowd cheered. I thought it was pretty cool that Gordon jumped in on this and based on all the comments he got on this post, it's clear a lot of other people appreciated it too!

I don't know about you but I'm insanely excited for the playtest in Feb.
